Job Summary

The Studio Administrator is a position encompassing account management, customer service, invoicing and stock management, with scope to expand into sales. This role also offers the unique opportunity to be involved in planning and execution of our popular merch ranges. 

 

Requirements 

3 day a week contract (3 x 8 Hour Days) with the potential to go full time as the business evolves

 

Package

£11.00 per hour

Office Administrator Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Managing email accounts (responding to clients, organising invoices)

  • Booking jobs and managing print rota

  • Quotations and invoicing (potential to develop into proof sheets)

  • Xero (reconciling paid invoices, chasing unpaid invoices)

  • Managing incoming and outgoing stock (counting and separating for print jobs, dispatch notes, booking deliveries)

  • Asking customers to leave reviews on google after jobs are completed

  • Ordering inks and chemicals / studio consumables

  • Online order fulfilment (packing orders/ dropping at post depot)

  • Online store stock management (this will develop into a service for clients as well as our own)

  • Assisting with planning and organising our internal merch (release dates, print dates, social media schedule)

  • Emailing potential new clients

  • Scope to expand into a sales capacity over time


 

Essential Experience and Skills

  • Admin experience working within a small team 

  • Experience in google sheets/excel

  • Experience in e-commerce

  • Basic knowledge of Xero

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and illustrator preferred (not essential) 

  • Basic knowledge of screen-printing preferred (not essential)

  • Basic Graphic Design skills preferred (not essential)

 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate 

  • High levels of organisation 

  • Good communication skills (phone/ emails/ face to face)

  • Initiative, motivation and strong work ethic

  • Impressive teamwork skills alongside the ability to work autonomously when required 

  • Attention to detail 

  • Ability to handle pressure in a fast paced environment

  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient working environment 

  • Experience working in a small and dynamic, ability to switch between various job roles when needed
